The RESPOND program can offer exclusive service to property/facilities managers, owners or the insurance representative. Involvement in the program will allow our resources to be deployed for immediate recovery and loss mitigation. Knowing that disasters are inevitable, the RESPOND program gives piece of mind, in addition, this program becomes extremely important in the event of catastrophic loss, when all mitigation contractors are short supply and their resources are stretched thin. In the RESPOND program, you don't have to worry about a thing, we have you covered.

Meridian Mitigation Services, LLC
We offer full service emergency response where time is of the essence. Meridian understands that early and proper evaluation of water, smoke, storm and fire damage can be the key to the success of the rebuild project. Meridian has full complement of mitigation equipment, including low grain refrigerant and desiccant dehumidifiers, air filtration devices, heat exchange units, air movers, generators and emergency lighting.

In addition, Meridian has an inventory of heavy equipment, including skid loaders, excavators and single axle dump trucks, available for emergency demolition, clean up, and site stabilization.

All this is available with a call to our Qualified Emergency Response Team. Knowing that disasters are inevitable, property/facilities managers, owners or insurance representatives may elect to become involved in our Incident Response Plan (IRP) program. Hazardous materials that affect health and safety in the United States are becoming increasingly part of our everyday lives, building materials used in construction can contain mixtures of asbestos and lead that can be deadly or detrimental to our health and are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Strict enforcement of the handling and disposal of Asbestos and Lead has required the EPA to monitor and license companies engaged in abatement of these materials. Meridian is licensed to conduct regulated asbestos activates to remove and encapsulate friable asbestos containing materials and is a certified company for the EPA Lead Remodeling, Repair & Painting (RRP) program. In addition, Meridian offers methods and inspection for mold cleaning and abatement, although not regulated by the EPA; mold for many individuals is a toxic irritating substance and should be handled with proper engineering controls. Meridian has qualified/certified inspectors supervisors and technicians to help in any environmental situation.
