Meridian implements the contents tracking software ICAT. This will allow Meridian the ability to track contents inventory through the process of pack out, cleaning, restoration, storage and move back. This system is interactive and can be monitored by the insured and insurance adjuster.

Meridian receives Certified Firm designation under the new EPA RRP rule, beginning April 2010, remodeling, restoration and reconstruction contractors or other firms that disturb lead-based paint in homes, apartments, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified, firms must have at least one “Certified Renovator” assigned to jobs where lead-based paint is disturbed.
