“Meridian was referred to us by our insurance company to repair damage caused by a leak in our upstairs bathroom. just wanted to let you know how pleased my wife and I were with the excellent job done by your crew. Jeremy and Steve were especially patient with my wife's endless questions and special requests. They were always polite, courteous, and accommodating, even when she called them after hours or on the weekend. Steve would touch base with us by phone every day to let us know who would be coming by, what work would be getting done, and how long it would take. He would always stop by to check on the progress, help out with the work or make a run for needed supplies. Mike and Roberto were always on time, courteous, and very accommodating as well. Jeremy would also check in to make sure all was going well, and see if we had any questions or issues. In this day and age of zero customer service it was very refreshing to meet a competent group of professionals who "walked the walk" and not just "talked the talk" like so many other companies. We could not be more pleased with how our home looks now, and very happy with all of the Meridian guys who went truly above and beyond to make this minor home "disaster" into a painless, and even pleasant experience."
